Accessibility

ADA accessibility statement

ADA aims to make the public website and member portal usable by as many people as possible, including people with visual, hearing, motor, cognitive, reading and motion sensitivities.

Standards we are working to

ADA is working toward WCAG 2.2 AA principles: perceivable content, operable controls, understandable journeys and robust markup.

Built-in options

The Privacy & accessibility control lets visitors choose larger text, higher contrast, reduced motion and a more readable font.

Known limitations

ADA is still a prototype. Some member records, evidence and audit features are not yet backed by production storage, and a full independent accessibility audit has not yet been completed.

Reasonable adjustments

If you need information in another format, help completing a form or a different access route, contact hello@whereisyourproof.com.

Privacy choices

ADA uses essential cookies and storage only by default.

Essential cookies and local storage keep the site secure, remember your privacy/accessibility choices and support member login. ADA does not currently load analytics or advertising cookies; these choices are recorded so optional tools can only be introduced later with consent.
