How ADA uses cookies, storage and contact data
ADA uses essential cookies and browser storage to keep the service secure, remember choices and support the member portal. Optional analytics or marketing storage is not currently loaded by ADA and must not be introduced unless a visitor has chosen to allow it.

Newsletter and enquiries
Newsletter and enquiry forms send the details you submit to ADA and, where configured, HubSpot. Marketing consent is separate from service contact.
Member portal
Member-only areas use session cookies to protect access. Evidence, risk and assessment storage is still prototype-level until database and evidence storage are connected.

Prototype storage notice
Some member workspace records are currently stored only in the user's browser. That includes Foundation answers, risk entries, organisation-profile edits, member-forum prototype posts and the encrypted administrator audit trail. This is suitable for prototype use and early demonstration, but it is not the final production data-retention model.
Before ADA accepts real assessment evidence at scale, these records should move to controlled server-side storage with retention rules, access controls, backup/restore procedures and auditable deletion/export workflows.
